Terry Lynn Bernier, MS, BCBA, LBA, is the CEO of Allied Behavioral Services. A 1996 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and a 2006 graduate of Jacksonville State University with an Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis. Lynn has been working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness since 1996.

Kristy Greenhaw, MS, BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst of Allied Behavioral Services. A 2002 graduate of Samford University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and a 2006 graduate of Jacksonville State University with an Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis. Kristy has been working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness since 2004.

Erika Mitchell Abercrombie
Erika Mitchell Abercrombie, MS, RBT and referral intake specialist. She is a 2002 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a 2006 graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis. Erika has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness since 2004.

Elaine E. Wooten
Elaine E. Wooten is the Quality Assurance Manager of Allied Behavioral Services. Elaine attended Dalton College and Gadsden State College studying management. Elaine has been working with Allied since 2006. Elaine conducts personnel training, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Additionally, she motivates and promotes team performance while ensuring the analysts are producing and maintaining quality services and documentation.
Our staff also includes a team of Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs).

Elizabeth Kimball is a Registered Behavioral Technician at Allied Behavioral Services.
Jennifer Kube, BCBA, RBT
Jennifer Kube, MA, BCBA, LBA, is both a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Registered Behavior Technician for Allied Behavioral Services. Jenni is a 2011 graduate of Mount Mary College with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Work and a 2019 graduate of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology’s Master of Psychology (MA) program, and completed her BCBA certification through the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 2022. Jenni has been working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those with mental illness, since 2011.

A. Shelby Mhoon, RBT
A. Shelby Mhoon is a Registered Behavioral Technician at Allied Behavioral Services. Shelby obtained her B.S. in psychology and a minor in Health and Wellness at Dalton State College in 2018 and has been serving Allied Behavioral Service’s clients since 2019. She enjoys working with clients to help improve their quality of life so they can live the lives they deserve.
